About the bicycle
Francesco Moser – road world champion, 1st place in Paris-Roubaix, Giro d’Italia and the hour record in 1984, which broke Eddy Merckx‘s long-standing time. A record that some thought would never fall. The cycling talent was turned into bicycle production and so the F. Moser manufactory in Trentino, Italy, was born. The journey began with simple, classic steel racing bicycles, similar to those on which Moser won so many races. These bikes evolved in the 1980s with aggressive geometry and sharp graphics.
The F. Moser road bike we’re presenting here is a piece of equipment from just the early 1980s, a beautifully preserved model equipped with Shimano Exage hardware and Ambrosio Super élite wheels. Bridge and saddle also directly from Moser.
Vintage used road bike in very good condition. The frame has no cracks, dents or bends. The paint and decals are original and their condition can be seen in the photos. All parts have been checked and are working properly – BICI has done a full inspection! This means that each component has been disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. Wear parts such as wraps, tires, cables or pads have been replaced with new ones. You can expect a bike in fantastic condition and ready to ride.
To be seen at HARPAGAN Bicycle Workshop in Gdynia, shipping also possible.
